Fruitleather and all her fruity individuals have had an absolutely beautiful,
meaningful, and blast-master-fantasma-gasmic time of a year. We started
this crazy project back in 2021 but our first real show, the moment the
baby got up and out of that fruit basket, was in February of 2022. What a
gorgeous joke! From that moment on we zipped around Chicago playing
with new friends and old ones, learning who we are, and never sounding
the same once. Not a single time! The opportunities we were given were
splendiferous and gratitude-inducing and we’re dreaming big dreams of
more to come this year.
Thank you to all of our friends, family, and friends-not-yet-made who
showed up to our shows and supported us and our zAnY ways. What a
ride it was to dance with you all. We took a big ol’ break to crack our
backses and finally do our taxes but the boys are back in town in a big
way and catch ourselves grinning every time we think of the new stuff.
