- a light throat massage/vicks helped a lot with the need to cough.
(that was super useful cuz i constantly wanted to cough but couldnt because it would hurt tf out of my head jolting it like that).
- a warm/hot bath is super nice when it gets intense.
- gatorade before bed and in the morning if possible.
- candles to track how good sense of smell is.
(u can help urself avoid losing smell and taste by constantly smelling and tasting strong things so those buds/receptors stay
active and strong so if like white or wheat toast tastes like sourdough then u know u gotta pop a mint or a cough drop in on
occasion cuz it shudnt taste sour etc).
- ZOUP ZOUP ZOUP tomato zoup and toast 4 days.
- towel over head and head right over a bowl of boiling water is also great.
- also unless the fever is getting unbearable avoid the drugs (tylenol/advil/etc) cuz the fever is a positive body response to a
viral infection, cutting a fever off can lead to prolonged sickness/symptoms.
